The 7th China (Jinjiang) International Home Decoration and Building Materials Expo and the 2025 Fujian Construction Expo were successfully held from March 18th to 20th at the Jinjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center in Fujian Province, attracting widespread attention and support from all sectors of society, and achieving significant on-site results. According to statistics, this exhibition attracted a total of 87296 visitors, which is basically the same as in 2024, with over 30% of first-time visitors. The intended transaction amount reached 12.75 billion yuan, an increase of 1.46 billion yuan or 12.9% year-on-year compared to 2024. After 7 years of cultivation, continuous empowerment and enrichment, we have achieved a leap from regional exhibitions to international platforms.
The theme of this exhibition is 'Leapfrog · Win Win', which means crossing the new cycle, finding new ideas, seizing new opportunities, and achieving a win-win new future. This exhibition is guided by the China Building and Sanitary Ceramics Association, hosted by the China Ceramic Industry Association, organized by the Jinjiang Building Materials and Ceramics Industry Association and Quanzhou Huiyuan Cultural Development Group Co., Ltd., and hosted by the Fujian Ceramic Industry Association, Fujian Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, Fujian Construction Industry Association, Fujian Ancient Cuo Culture Research Association, Fujian Building Materials Industry Association, Fujian Furniture Association, Fujian Coatings Industry Association, Fuzhou Decoration Engineering Association, Jinjiang Interior Decoration Association, Nan'an Ceramic Industry Association, Zhangzhou Ceramic Association, Quanzhou Guomao Huiyuan International Exhibition Co., Ltd IID Interior Design is co organized by Quanzhou Workstation, Haixi Building Materials City, Strait International Hardware and Electrical City, Tiangong Ceramic City, Shihua Ceramic Mall, Dongshan Building Materials Market, and Zhanglin Building Materials Market, with support from China Building Decoration Materials Association and China Ceramic City Group.

The exhibition relies on the millennium old industrial heritage of 'magnetic stove ceramics', with the goal of creating a billion yuan building ceramics industry, driven by innovation and standard construction, to create a direct procurement area for Chinese building ceramics, promote Jinjiang from a 'building materials city' to a 'building materials strong city', and help build a new development pattern of 'dual circulation'.
Emphasis is placed on the integration and innovation of technological innovation and modern design in the ceramic industry. Relying on the advantages and characteristics of complete product categories, high concentration, integrated production and sales, complete ecology, and strong production flexibility in Fujian and even Quanzhou Jinjiang ceramic production areas, as well as the positioning and industrial heritage of the production areas as 'one-stop direct procurement base for Chinese architectural ceramics products' and 'main production area for high-end antique bricks in China', and the cluster advantages, we will uphold the two banners of 'China Outdoor Brick Exhibition and Direct Procurement of All Types of Ceramic Products'.
Exhibition city linkage. A grand joint exhibition was held with six major building materials markets and over 2000 enterprises, covering a full range of building ceramics such as exterior wall tiles, antique tiles, ecological tiles, floor tiles, ancient building materials, mosaics, Roman columns, glazed tiles, etc. Free shuttle buses were also provided to create a 'one hour procurement circle', providing convenient cross regional exhibitions and one-stop direct procurement for merchants, further amplifying the gathering effect of professional markets and supply and marketing armies. Synchronize the promotion and drainage of new media platforms, more than 20 expert anchors explore live broadcasts, and use cloud services, digital marketing and other technological tools to hold 'offline+online' dual line exhibitions, with full basin dual line exposure, to help exhibitors and merchants efficiently connect with business opportunities, create order troughs and high publicity areas, and make the Fujian Construction Expo a 'never-ending' professional exhibition.

Guangda Enterprise has added 800 × 800mm garden quartz bricks and 600 × 1200mm glossy curtain wall bricks this year.
Xiangda Enterprise, which specializes in 600 × 1200 × 18mm curtain wall bricks, has added 750 × 1500mm antique brick series curtain wall bricks this year to expand its high-end market. It plans to increase the number of colors to 60 by the end of the year.
In addition to conventional full specification and full thickness ecological floor paving stones and curtain wall bricks, Beiyate also displays multiple digital craft products.

High end antique brick enterprise Lianxing (Tao Yixuan) showcased a series of antique brick products with multiple craftsmanship at this exhibition, featuring matching specifications of 600 × 1200mm, 750 × 1500mm, and 900 × 18000mm, mainly in plain colors.
Meisheng Ceramics still mainly promotes wood grain strips, exterior wall brick series, and Western tile series.
Haoshan Ceramic Tiles, with its rich series of products, has demonstrated the full strength of outdoor bricks with full specifications, multi processes and full colors, such as paving stones, curtain walls, tactile paving bricks, courtyard hexagonal bricks, etc.
The art bricks of Deshun Ceramics once again attract the attention of many viewers. Numerous art brick series products such as art flower bricks, colored art diamond bricks, bread bricks, and three-dimensional relief background bricks stand out from the crowd.
Honghua Group, as an innovative enterprise focusing on high-end textured antique bricks, showcased its innovative achievements in more colors and craftsmanship by showcasing 900 × 900mm antique bricks at this exhibition.
Danhao Enterprise will attract numerous visitors with its digital glaze products at the 2024 Fujian Construction Expo. This year, it will continue to innovate in digital glaze, focusing on nature and promoting digital wood grain bricks, as well as new digital glaze products combining wood grain, cloth grain, and stone grain.
Shanmei Ceramics explores the application of artistic mosaic in new fields. Transforming mosaics into a 'pixelated' language, using ultra small ceramic mosaics to create art pieces such as Nezha, Mythical Wukong, Water Splash Vanishing Technique, Quanzhou East West Pagoda, Hairpin Flower, Ancient House, etc., expressing that ceramics are not only decorations, but also works of art.
In addition to the conventional paving stone, supermarket brick, tactile paving brick, profiled brick and horseshoe stone products, Mingqi Ceramics focuses on the introduction of matching handmade brick products.
Huatai ceramic board, as a new type of curtain wall material, has diverse shapes and hollow structures. It has the advantages of heat absorption, moisture resistance, noise reduction, environmental protection, energy saving, etc. in exterior wall decoration, and reduces building load-bearing capacity.
Hengxin Ceramic Splitting Bricks has launched many new products in terms of specifications and colors.
Wanli Ceramic Tiles, one of the largest manufacturers of floor tiles in Fujian Province, showcased a variety of landscape imitation stone tiles and curtain wall porcelain panels with multiple processes and complete specifications at this exhibition.

The ancient architecture exhibition area of this exhibition is rooted in the profound heritage of Fujian's production areas, with the main theme of the dynamic inheritance and innovative application of traditional construction techniques, and systematically presents the cultural system of Minnan red brick houses. The 'Application Exchange Conference on Ancient Building Restoration Materials' held at the same time brings together top industry wisdom, collaborates with experts in ancient building restoration technology, inheritors of intangible cultural heritage, and pioneers in material research and development, and provides a full chain solution from theory to practice for the protection of ancient buildings. This move not only responds to the national call to strengthen the protection and utilization of historical and cultural heritage, but also demonstrates the empowerment of traditional industries through the exhibition economy for transformation and upgrading, and the continuous polishing of regional ancient architecture brands through inheritance and innovation.

Design Quanzhou · The Story of Our House 'Design and Industry Dialogue Salon
The organizer has initiated an invitation to Quanzhou design forces, focusing on the curatorial concept of 'Designing Quanzhou: The Story of Our Cuo'. Su Chengxi, founder of 'Xicheng Space', serves as the overall curator of this exhibition area, and collaborates with industry design elites such as Cai Rongwei, Zhuang Huanyang, Liu Zhiyong, Xu Tengxi, Zhuang Xuehua, and Shi Xinquan to curate. The exhibition tells the story of the southern awakening of Fujian's ceramic production area from the millennium kiln fire to the light of the brand. Through cross domain dialogue, it encourages urban designers to jointly voice their opinions belonging to Quanzhou.
