

The 5th China Cross border E-commerce Trade Fair
On March 18th, the 5th China Cross border E-commerce Fair was grandly opened in Fuzhou. It was jointly hosted by the Fujian Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export and the Foreign Trade Development Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce, and jointly organized by Fujian Huiyuan International Exhibition Co., Ltd., Fujian Huiyuan Cultural Development Group Co., Ltd., and Fujian Miduo Network Technology Co., Ltd. More than 1800 supply chain and service companies from 28 provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions, special administrative regions across the country, as well as countries or regions such as the United States, France, and Poland, participated in the exhibition, with an exhibition area of 60000 square meters, an increase of 20% compared to the previous year.

In today's rapidly growing cross-border e-commerce and rapidly advancing digital technology, data has become the most strategically significant asset in the era of artificial intelligence. Digital technology innovation based on data has enriched the connotation and extension of cross-border trade.
This exhibition innovatively introduces the new concept of 'data exhibition', bringing customers a new digital experience. For the first time, category data display walls have been set up in exhibition areas such as home daily necessities, mother and baby toys, beauty, hardware, automotive and motorcycle accessories, shoes, clothing, bags, furniture and home accessories, gifts and holiday supplies, and new consumer electronics. These walls showcase product comparison data, user pain points, and optimization suggestions from multiple sources such as Amazon and TikTok, providing multidimensional data support for more accurate product selection and research and development manufacturing.

Cross border e-commerce relies heavily on product selection and operation, with product selection directly affecting a company's competitiveness, profitability, and long-term development. This exhibition has upgraded the 'Cross border E-commerce Trend Explosive Product Prediction Zone' established by the previous innovation, and invited well-known data service provider Seller Elf to publicly release the '2025 Seller Elf Trend Explosive Product Prediction Report', providing guidance for sellers to choose products.
In addition, this exhibition has innovatively created a new supply and procurement docking model of 'digital identity+intelligent recommendation+real-time negotiation'. The exhibitor enterprise information and product library are synchronized in the cloud, realizing exhibitor data tagging, supporting buyers to initiate precise matching requests online, and rolling online mini programs to match supply and demand, thus breaking the limitations of time and space and achieving uninterrupted supply and procurement matching throughout the year.

Zone Upgrade: Putting People First
In the digital age, the value of talent is more prominent. With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, there has been a long-term shortage of professional talents in cross-border e-commerce. This exhibition focuses on talent pain points, 'people-oriented', innovatively sets up a 'Cross border E-commerce Talent Matchmaking Zone', organizes about 200 companies to carry out recruitment at the exhibition site, invites local universities to promote graduates, and sets up 'AI Cloud Recruitment Conference' sub venues and 'AI Talent Introduction Center' to jointly promote precise talent matching online and offline.


After its popularity in the previous exhibition, this year's exhibition once again invites overseas celebrities to live stream and promote products. It sets up a 'cross-border internet celebrity docking zone' for on-site 'one-on-one' negotiations to meet the overseas talent needs of enterprises in promoting localization overseas. It also links with the National Overseas Chinese Cross border E-commerce Ecological Alliance and more than 60 city overseas Chinese associations to further promote international talent exchange and cooperation in cross-border e-commerce.

This exhibition has also expanded and upgraded the 'Cross border Outpatient Area' innovatively established in previous exhibitions. In addition to continuing to invite experts from top platforms such as Amazon Global Store, eBay, Shopee, etc. to 'provide consultations', more than 10 experts from niche blue ocean platforms such as Weijin International, Etsy, Kogan, and Trademe have been added to 'provide consultations'. In addition, sellers with outstanding cross-border AI capabilities have also provided on-site 'consultation' services for the first time. The online appointment system for cross-border outpatient areas has also undergone page optimization and process improvement. The practice of 'big hands pulling small hands' to achieve common prosperity, which has been widely replicated by other exhibitions, has been widely praised by local government departments present.

This exhibition adheres to the positioning and original intention of 'establishing a cross-border e-commerce full ecological chain exhibition with suppliers as the main participants', and the proportion of supplier enterprises has once again reached 80%. Cross border e-commerce exhibition groups from Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Guangxi, Beijing, Liaoning, Jilin, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Yinchuan in Ningxia, Langfang in Hebei, Yichun in Jiangxi, Pingxiang in Jiangxi, Ningde in Fujian, Longyan in Fujian, Quanzhou in Fujian, Jiaozhou in Qingdao, Shandong, and other places are participating together. According to incomplete statistics, nearly ten provincial-level and more than thirty prefecture level commerce regulatory departments participated in the exhibition and attended the conference for observation.
This exhibition explores and selects popular platforms, including Amazon's global store openings eBay、 Wal Mart, Wayfair and other traditional giants, as well as Shopee and Lazada in Southeast Asia, Coupang in South Korea, Lotte in Japan, Mercado in Latin America, Cdiscount, OZON, eMAG, Allegro, JoomPro and other regional giants in Europe. The most striking ones are Alibaba International, Made in China, Dunhuang SHEIN、TEMU、 The Chinese cross-border platform 'legion' composed of 1688, Taobao, Xiaohongshu, etc., among which there are several domestic emerging platforms that have made their debut at the exhibition.
The service providers for this exhibition are also strong, including logistics service providers such as Fanding International and Zongteng Group, payment service providers such as Alibaba.com Pay and Wanlihui PingPong, Training service provider Youle Going Global, software service provider Seller Elf, overseas marketing service provider Midodo Technology, flexible supply chain service provider Hummingbird Customization, etc. It is worth mentioning that there are more large and medium-sized exhibitors than in previous years, and the special booth area of this exhibition accounts for nearly 50%, reaching a new high.
